Catena Engagements retains the contact information for parties that have expressed interest in retaining Catena Engagements as a service provider. If there is no ongoing dialogue, we will typically delete the information after three years.

If the party retains Catena Engagements as a service provider, we retain their information as long as they are active as a client. When we complete our work as a service provider, we will retain information on its work with that client as long as needed to meet its record retention obligations for accounting, tax, legal and other matters.

Google Analytics data is kept for 26 months for sales, marketing, and Website performance purposes.

Catena Engagements Acts as a Service Provider.

Catena Engagements’s clients have their own privacy policies and are responsible for compliance with privacy laws and regulations. We receive direction from our clients as to how to best support compliance with each client’s privacy policies. That is, we follow the direction of our clients to ensure protection of their confidential information, including the protection of the personal information of the client’s consumers.

Catena Engagements’s clients are responsible for managing the relationships with their customers including meeting the needs of their customers in managing their personal information. We support, and take direction from, our clients in order to assist clients in managing their customer personal information. For example, if a customer seeks to have its personal information deleted from the client’s records, Catena Engagements may be asked to assist in deleting this information from the client’s records.
